Emily enjoys going upside down in any fashion and believes it is the cure to most bad days. She has lived in Littleton for over 20 years and identifying the birds & animals along the Platte river are some of her favorite pastimes when she’s not wrangling her wild children. She enjoys being around acro-yogis, tree-climbers, circus people, and meeting anyone who has a story to tell. Emily has her degree in History, Early Childhood Education, and is a certified parkour instructor through Parkour EDU as well as an interpretive nature guide through the NAI.

Austin has been practicing Parkour since 2009 and teaching officially since 2011. Before finding the discipline he was an All-State track and field and football athlete, and an Honors scholar of Psychology at the University of New Mexico. He met his wife Emily through parkour and together they have three children. Austin has competed at several international competitions as well as American Ninja Warrior and Spartan Race. In 2016 they spoke in New York City at the Art of Retreat, a yearly symposium on Parkour coaching and integration.
In his free time Austin enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and otherwise being outside. He also loves reading (and writing!) fantasy fiction and has an unhealthy obsession with dragons.
