Our movement practice focuses not only on environmental awareness, but also risk assessment, communication, team building, goal setting, self advocacy and movement literacy. Parkour is most simply the overcoming of obstacles whether they be physical or mental: a mindset and tool that can be applied in all aspects of life, whether you're training to do a pull-up or interviewing for a job.
