Infant Nature Exposure Meetup
Ages 6 months (sitting with support) to 2 years old. Parents come and spend some quality time in nature with your little one. Emily will use her education in Early Childhood Development to go over the benefits of a nature-based environment and how it can help your baby to grow into a healthy sprout!
Did you know that infants were built for nature?
In an increasingly indoor-centered culture, this generation’s children are being deprived of specific elemental stimuli that is necessary for their development! The outdoors provides loads of sensory information to the brain, helping your baby develop a diverse foundation for learning. Babies that go outside sleep better, have more mobility, have stronger immune systems, and are more adaptive to new experiences. Not to mention the fact that being outdoors is a proven stress-reliever to humans of all ages (lookin’ at you mom and dad) and can be beneficial for the entire household.
